The Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety announced today the re-launch of its website, www.stresscenter.com, the premier online destination for news, information and solutions for coping with stress, anxiety and depression. The new site features an enhanced user interface with access to articles and other content, updated information on the most pressing and relevant stress-related issues, and the newest programs and services from the experts at The Midwest Center.

"The marketplace for information on stress, anxiety and depression is very fragmented, and we recognized a consumer need for a definitive destination for information and solutions on stress and related problems," said Jeff Campbell, VP of Business Development at The Midwest Center. "Once we identified the consumer need, our task was clear. We created a comprehensive website with a user-friendly interface and search features. We also leveraged the deep research and knowledge of The Midwest Center to offer fresh and relevant content for the stress, anxiety and depression issues facing people today."

The website's introduction comes during a period when Americans face growing stress from a struggling economy, depressed job and financial markets, and general socio-economic malaise. "Times are tough for everyone right now," said Lucinda Bassett, President of The Midwest Center. "But with the re-launch of our website, people have a place to turn for help, information and support. Our new website is a key resource for anyone looking to deal with these unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety and depression."

Since 1985 The Midwest Center, through its flagship program, Attacking Anxiety & Depression, has offered the #1 non-pharmaceutical, self help program for the treatment of anxiety, stress and depression. The program is available on the new website, where customers will also find a large and diverse community of users, access to newsletters and video content, and information on the company's coaching program that helps customers reap the greatest rewards from the program.
